In plain words

You must prepare yourself for the chaotic noise and challenges of life that arise when major events begin. This sudden uproar represents the inevitable momentum of karma, the law of cause and effect in action. When the storm of life gathers, stay centered and do not let the external clamor shake your inner peace.
